Albany Property Team is a long‑standing real estate agency located at 226 York Street, Albany WA 6330. Their team of over twenty professionals specialises in residential, land, rural, lifestyle and commercial property sales and rentals. When they approached PrimeSites Digital in mid‑2025 they needed more than a brochure site – they wanted a dynamic platform that could showcase properties, streamline updates and strengthen local trust.

Buyers expect fast, mobile‑friendly browsing and up‑to‑date information, while sellers and landlords want visibility and a professional presentation. Albany Property Team prides itself on communication, client satisfaction and outstanding results. Their old site was difficult to update, slow on mobile and lacked structured data for search engines. The project goals were to:
- Showcase properties for sale and rent with high‑quality images, REIWA integration and simple navigation.

- Discovery & strategy – We met with Darren Leslie and key team members to understand their services, audience and functional needs. We discussed REIWA feed requirements, CRM integration and the importance of local branding.
- Website design & development – Using the Divi builder, we crafted a clean, coastal design reflecting Albany’s landscapes and the client’s colours. We emphasised clarity and simplicity so visitors quickly understand property details and calls to action.
- WordPress & REIWA integration – We built a custom module to import listings from REIWA, ensuring properties automatically appear with price, open‑home times and images. Forms sync with the client’s CRM to capture appraisal requests and enquiries.
- Managed hosting & Cloudflare – The site runs on our managed WordPress hosting with Cloudflare CDN and WAF, providing reliability, security and fast load times.
- Technical support & maintenance – We handle updates, backups, uptime monitoring and performance tuning so the client can focus on real estate. Our support includes REIWA feed monitoring and ongoing improvements.
- SEO & performance – Semantic HTML, structured data and optimisation of images and code improved rankings and AI discoverability.
