- Buzz words and one liners for headers
- Think about what your customers are looking for?
- Consider what your customers need to know? NOT what you want to say!
- Keep it simple
- Stay away from overly complicated / corporate
- Short summaries – ‘Read More’ buttons if necessary

Suggestion: Keep questions and answers short and to the point and remember to include some important phrases for SEO here.
Testimonials
Reviews and testimonials on a website build trust and credibility by showcasing real customer experiences and positive feedback, which can influence potential buyers’ decisions.
This will help to make you look more valuable, believable and reliable and can also work as referrals.
Suggestion: If you already have some Google reviews, copy the best 2-3 reviews and include these in your content document.
Blog
Blogs can include tips, information, and shared articles, and it’s beneficial to keep them concise by breaking up long pieces with images and bullet points.
Regularly posting relevant and up-to-date content is essential for maintaining reader engagement.

Privacy laws around the world dictate that if you collect personal information from your website visitors (Contact Form), then you need to have a Privacy Policy posted to your site.
